KANNAPOLIS — Kannapolis Parks and Recreation will hold a public input meeting from 5:30-7:30 p.m., on Thursday, Jan. 25. The meeting will be held at Kannapolis City Hall located at 401 Laureate Way.

We invite you to attend this drop-in meeting and tell us what parks and recreation facilities, parks, greenways, programs, events and amenities you would like to see in the city of Kannapolis as we plan the next decade.

Kannapolis is updating its current 2014-2024 parks and recreation master plan. The updated plan will reestablish a vision for future parks and recreation development in the city for the next 10 years, from 2024-2034.

We want to hear from you! Public input is important. Please plan to attend this drop-in meeting. Parks and recreation staff will be on hand to provide information and collect your input.
