In Salisbury Police Department reports:
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 300 block of Club House Drive between 5 p.m. on Feb. 28 and 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 29.
- A larceny occurred in the 700 block of Corporate Circle between 1:18 a.m. and 4:40 a.m. on Feb. 29. The total estimated loss was $400.
- Vandalism occurred in the 300 block of North Shaver Street at 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 29.
- A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 3:27 p.m. on Feb. 29.
- Possession of marijuana occurred in the 1100 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue at 7:48 p.m. on Feb. 29.
- Counterfeiting occurred in the 500 block of West Jake Alexander Boulevard at 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 29.
- Discharging a firearm occurred in the 1000 block of East Innes Street at 1:10 a.m. on March 1.
- River Kyle Lowe, 24, was charged with simple assault on Feb. 29.
- Robert Todd Foster, 49, was charged with larceny on Feb. 29.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
- Littering occurred at Pan Handle Road at 2:21 p.m. on Feb. 28.
- An assault with a dangerous weapon occurred at Cranfield Lane at 8 a.m. on Feb. 26. It was reported on Feb. 28.
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred at Mt. Vernon Road between 9 p.m. on Feb. 26 and 1 p.m. on Feb. 28.
- Carson Evan Dabbs, 23, was charged with felony flee to elude, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, driving with an expired registration card or tag, failure to burn headlamps and speeding in excess of 35 mph on Feb. 28.
- Casey May Fannon, 27, was charged with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance on Feb. 28.
- Jonathan Antonio Krider, 37, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny on Feb. 28.
- Garrietta Deshawn Patterson, 42, was charged with stalking and cyberstalking on Feb. 28.
- Maurice Eugene Peck, 55, was charged with larceny by removing, destroying or deactivating an anti-shoplifting device on Feb. 28.
- Latrisha Ann Long, 41, was charged with possession of between 0.5 and 1.5 ounces of marijuana on Feb 28.
- Adolfo Angel Olivarez-Chavez, 32, was charged with failure to maintain lane control, driving without an operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of trafficking in cocaine on Feb. 28.
