The 1A/2A All-Central Carolina Conference teams were released on Thursday.
Voting took place at the end of the regular season.
The Central Carolina Conference Player of the Year for girls basketball is North Rowan senior Brittany Ellis.
Salisbury senior MaKayla Noble was runner-up.
North Rowan’s Darra Walker was voted CCC Coach of the Year by the league’s coaches.
