In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 800 block of Lincolnton Road at 8:34 a.m. on March 14.
• Fraud by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred in the 100 block of Lancelot Road between 9 a.m. on March 11 and 9:05 a.m. on March 14.
• Vandalism occurred in the 400 block of Gold Hill Drive between 12:30 p.m. and 12:51 p.m. on March 14.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 100 block of Mahaley Avenue at 2:30 p.m. on March 14. The total estimated loss was $27.
• Damarius Tremaine Fuller, 23, was charged with felony identity theft on March 14.
• Lewis Howard Hughes, 36, was charged with second-degree trespassing on March 14.

• Littering or trash dumping occurred at Old Farm Road at 10:16 a.m. on March 13.
• Trespassing occurred at Franklin Community Center Road at 8:09 a.m. on March 13.
• A larceny occurred at Cliffdale Road between 9:08 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2023 and 9:08 a.m. on March 12. It was reported on March 13.
• Fraud by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred at Statesville Boulevard between 10 a.m. on Feb. 11 and 8:30 a.m. on March 13.
• Credit card fraud occurred at Kings Terrace at 11:02 a.m. on March 13.
• An assault occurred at Roger Drive between 10:22 p.m. and 11 p.m. on March 13.
• A stolen license plate was recovered at South Main Street in Salisbury at 11:28 p.m. on March 13.
• An assault with sexual motives occurred at Hubert Lane at 11:45 p.m. on March 13.
• Rhyne Stephen Holbrook was charged with assault on a female on March 13.
• Matthew Damion Parham, 32, was charged with injury to real property and second-degree trespassing on March 13.
