In Salisbury Police Department reports:
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 300 block of Ashbrook Road between 10 p.m. on March 14 and 9 a.m. on March 15. The total estimated loss was $2,531, the majority of which comes from audio-visual equipment that was stolen, according to police reports.
- A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 5:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on March 15.
- A larceny occurred in the 2200 block of Statesville Boulevard at 7 p.m. on March 15. The total estimated loss was $100.
- A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 3:40 p.m. on March 15.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 9:38 p.m. on March 15. The total estimated loss was $15.
- An assault occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 11:25 p.m. on March 15.
- Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1100 block of Kenly Street between 11 p.m. on March 15 and 8:50 a.m. on March 16.
- A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 600 block of West Jake Alexander Boulevard between 9:15 a.m. and 9:40 a.m. on March 16.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 700 block of East Innes Street at 1:25 p.m. on March 16. The total estimated loss was $401.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Old Mocksville Road at 2:35 p.m. on March 16. The total estimated loss was $30.
- An assault occurred in the 600 block of West Kerr Street at 3:30 p.m. on March 16.
- An assault occurred in the 2100 block of Harrison Road between 2 a.m. and 2:56 a.m. on March 17.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1000 block of Colby Circle between 1 p.m. on March 15 and 4:25 p.m. on March 17.
- Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 800 block of South Church Street between 8 p.m. and 8:29 p.m. on March 17.
- A larceny occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard between 8:58 p.m. and 9:27 p.m. on March 17. The total estimated loss was $103.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 100 block of Crawford Street between 10:30 p.m. on March 17 and 3:30 a.m. on March 18.
- Carlos Ryuken Rodriguez, 28, was charged with larceny on March 16.
- Jessica Marie Fox, 37, was charged with simple assault on March 17.
- Joe Bennett Caudle, 61, was charged with littering on March 17.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
- Littering or trash dumping occurred in the 1300 block of Lippart Road at 1:08 p.m. on March 14.
- Fraud by false pretenses occurred in the 1200 block of Long Ferry Road between 4:32 a.m. and 6:22 a.m. on March 14. The total estimated loss was $1,609.
- A burglary occurred in the 6400 block of Old Concord Road between midnight and 6 a.m. on March 14. The total estimated loss was $30.
- Fraud by false pretenses occurred in the 4200 block of Cauble Road between 9 p.m. on March 1 and 7 a.m. on March 14. The total estimated loss was $3,300. Police reports indicate that someone paid for a vehicle with fraudulent currency.
- A larceny occurred in the 200 block of Crescent Street at 7:47 p.m. on March 14. The total estimated loss was $599.
- A pursuit of a motorcycle occurred on the southbound side of Interstate 85 at 11:01 p.m. on March 14.
- A burglary occurred in the 5600 block of Wildwood Road between 3 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. on March 15.
- An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred at Castor Road between 2:15 p.m. and 2:28 p.m. on March 16.
- A larceny occurred at Foster Road between noon on Jan. 15 and 4 p.m. on March 16.
- Dante Cruz Salgado I, 40, was charged with assault on a female on March 14.
- Victoria Lynn Medlin, 29, was charged with assault by strangulation, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance and violating a domestic violence protective order on March 14.
- Jason Douglas Memon, 33, was charged with assault on a female and assault on a minor on March 14.
- Norman Brock, 65, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats on March 14.
- Billy Harrison Wall Jr., 47, was charged with child abuse on March 14.
- Christopher Hayden James, 21, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance on March 14.
- Sergio Morales-Rodriguez, 53, was charged with identity theft on March 15.
- Oliver Keith Bowman, 31, was charged with communicating threats on March 15.
- Jimmy Mitchell Locklear, 57, was charged with possession of stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretenses on March 15.
- Johnnie Dale Albea, 52, was charged with accessory after the fact on March 15. Albea was charged in relation to the same incident for which Locklear was charged.
- Martin Alexander Denton, 31, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and breaking and entering a place of worship on March 15.
- Michael Antonio Griffin, 34, was charged with communicating threats and second-degree trespassing on March 15.
- Daniel Dewayne Lowery, 42, was charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of cocaine with intent to sell or distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia on March 15.
- Keith Allen Rattz Jr., 31, was charged with a probation violation on March 15.
- Evard Francois Whitfield, 25, was charged with child abuse, assault on a female, misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, injury to personal property, communicating threats and habitual misdemeanor assault on March 15.
- Lorenzo Cortez Jetton, 29, was charged with identity theft and larceny of a motor vehicle on March 16.
- Darus Loron Hamilton, 43, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on March 16.
- Jeremy Chad Simmons, 43, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, larceny and financial transaction card fraud on March 16.
- Wayde Jerrett Cline, 26, was charged with displaying a fictitious tag or license plate on March 16.
- Ashley Humphries Sites, 41, was charged with communicating threats on March 16.
- Brandon Ray Sites, 41, was charged with communicating threats on March 16.
