- A report of littering on Zeb Street in Salisbury was taken on March 19.
- Credit card fraud reportedly occurred on Timberlane Trail in Salisbury between 7 a.m. and noon on March 8. It was reported on March 19.
- A victim’s rental car was reportedly shot into on I-85 North around 1:48 p.m. on March 19.
- Larceny reportedly occurred on Tingle Drive in Salisbury between 10:49-11:01 a.m. on March 19.
- Edward Otis Ramos, 31, was charged with failure to appear on March 19.
- Octavious Smith, 34, was charged with failure to appear, possession of a schedule-I controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a penal institution on March 19.
- Lee Matthew Fesperman, 21, was charged with communicating threats on March 19.
- Billy Ray McIntyre, 63, was charged with tampering with a vehicle on March 19.
- Mia Danielle White, 25, was charged with driving while license revoked on March 19.
- Christopher Jerome Toomer Sr., 36, was charged with injury to personal property and injury to real property on March 19.
- Jackie Paul Taylor, 59, was charged with failure to appear on March 19.
In Salisbury Police Department reports
- A motor vehicle larceny occurred in the 2300 block of South Main Street in Salisbury between 1:20-10 a.m. on March 20. The total estimated loss was $750.
