Wagner – Weir
MOORESVILLE — Jennifer Maria Wagner and Zachary Tyler Weir were united in marriage Oct. 1, 2011, in Mooresville.
Jim Dunn served as officiant for the 4:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the Lake Norman home of the groom’s parents.
The bride was escorted by her father, Jeff Wagner, and attended by the groom’s sister, Sarah Weir of Mooresville, as maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaids were Megan Farmer, cousin of the bride Jennifer Keaton, Blair Lindley, Ashley Ortiz and Jamie Barber.
Josh Saylor of Mooresville was his brother’s best man. Groomsmen included Drew O’Keefe, Wes Meyers, Justin Goff, Matthew Pettit and Chris Hottle.
The flower carrier was Cali, the bride’s and groom’s dog. Sara Shinn was guest registrar.
The bride is the daughter of Dan and Denise Schindelholz and Jeff and Lisa Wagner, all of Salisbury, and the granddaughter of John and Mary Wagner and John and Caroline Schindelholz, all of Medina, Ohio. A 2005 graduate of East Rowan High School, Jennifer received a degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2009. She is a first grade teacher at McKinney Academy.
The groom is the son of Brian and Angela Saylor of Davidson and Bob Weir and Leslie Monger of Mooresville and the grandson of Thomas and Susie Holland and Romaine Saylor, all of Winston-Salem. A 2004 graduate of Lake Norman High School, Zachary received a degree in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning from Mitchell Community College in 2011. He is an HVAC Technician at P.C. Godfrey in Charlotte.
Following a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple are making their home in Mooresville.
