In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 200 block of South Shaver Street at 11:19 a.m. on March 28.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 400 block of South Jake Alexander Boulevard at 7:06 p.m. on March 28. The total estimated loss was $70.

• Christopher Dale Pelmear, 58, was charged with two counts of a probation violation on March 27.
• Shavonne Paige Lindsay, 33, was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle on March 27.
• Melson R. Mathis, 49, was charged with assault by pointing a gun on March 27.
• Sean Nicholas Allen, 30, was charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle on March 27.
• Temesgen Ghebrekristos, 33, was charged with felony possession of stolen goods on March 27.
• Jason Craig Walker, 52, was charged with communicating threats against an officer and misuse of the 911 emergency telephone system on March 27.
• Julio Cesar Nunez-Ramirez, 33, was charged with felony conspiracy on March 27.
• Joshua Zachary Russell, 33, was charged with a felony probation violation on March 28.
• Daniel Squire Mcbride, 50, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a female on March 28. Mcbride was also charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on March 29.
• Steven Lee Driggers, 51, was charged as a habitual felon on March 28.
• Joshua Matthew Zeigler, 49, was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on March 28.
• Jada Nataion Thomas, 23, was charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon on March 28.
• Zarrek Skyler Barger, 24, was charged with communicating threats on March 28.
• Frank Small, 57, was charged with simple assault on March 28.
• Joe Wiley Lewis, 66, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses on March 28.
• Danielle Hope Pendleton, 25, was charged with a felony probation violation on March 28.
• Tyree Levar Hightower, 19, was charged with simple assault on March 28.
• Stacey Devono Stitt, 43, was charged with a probation violation on March 28.
• Claudette Danielle Harmon, 28, was charged with larceny on March 29.
