In Salisbury Police Department reports:
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 500 block of South Church Street between 9:30 a.m. on April 10 and 8:37 a.m. on April 11. The total estimated loss was $88.
- Fraud occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 8 a.m. on March 3 and 9 a.m. on April 10. It was reported on April 11. The total estimated loss was $553.
- A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1800 block of East Innes Street between 1:45 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. on April 10. It was reported on April 11.
- Fraud occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 8 a.m. on March 5 and 9 a.m. on April 10. It was reported on April 11. The total estimated loss was $582.
- A larceny occurred in the 200 block of West D Avenue between midnight and 3 p.m. on April 11.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 100 block of Mahaley Avenue at 7 p.m. on April 11. The total estimated loss was $86.
- Cheryl Jean Little, 43, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on April 11.
- Eduardo Hernandez Florez, 40, was charged with misdemeanor impaired driving on April 11.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia occurred at Burkesway Drive at 3:23 p.m. on April 11.
- A 50B weapon seizure occurred at Village Creek Way between 4:27 p.m. and 5 p.m. on April 11.
- Shoplifting occurred at Tingle Drive at 12:43 p.m. on April 11.
- Communicating threats and possession of a dangerous drug occurred at Midway Drive at 4:33 p.m. on April 11.
- Chasity Denise Bailey, 24, was charged with misdemeanor harassing phone calls on April 11.
- Ryan Michael Price, 36, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 11.
- Brittani L. Sampson, 43, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 11.
- Amanda Nichole Petrea, 31, was charged with possession of methamphetamine; simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance; possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia; possession of drug paraphernalia; and resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 11.
- Christopher Lee Carter, 38, was charged with misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked for driving while impaired on April 11.
- Gaven Potts, 19, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on April 11.
- Onijaquan Hassen Spence, 19, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance on April 11.
- Darius Marquis Robertson, 32, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance on penal institution premises on April 11.
- Charles Michael Keen, 52, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault; misdemeanor communicating threats; and misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 11.
