- A robbery with a firearm occurred in the 1600 block of South Main Street at 7:36 a.m. on April 19. The total estimated loss was $500.
- A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 700 block of Partee Street at 9:40 a.m. on April 19.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 5:46 p.m. on April 19. The total estimated loss was $56.
- Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1100 block of West Fisher Street between 7:02 p.m. on April 15 and 3 a.m. on April 19.
- Possession of marijuana occurred in the 800 block of East Lafayette Street at 6:52 p.m. on April 19.
- Communicating threats occurred in the 800 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard West at 9:47 p.m. on April 19.
- Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 500 block of Lash Drive between 10:30 p.m. on April 19 and 7:21 a.m. on April 20.
- A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1600 block of West Innes Street at 10:50 a.m. on April 20.
- An assault occurred in the 1300 block of Tabernacle Street at 11:19 a.m. on April 20.
- A larceny occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on April 18. It was reported on April 20. The total estimated loss was $750.
- An assault with a gun occurred in the 1000 block of Old West Innes Street at 2:20 p.m. on April 20.
- Possession of marijuana occurred in the 1000 block of East Innes Street at 6:23 p.m. on April 20.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 7:41 p.m. on April 20. The total estimated loss was $20.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 10:45 p.m. on April 20. The total estimated loss was $120.

- Jeremiah Emmanuel Billingslea, 27, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 29.
- Misty Johnson Bruton, 38, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a government official on April 19.
- Jahrell Dashawn McKenzie, 30, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer on April 19.
- Jennifer Hendrix, 39, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on April 19.
- Blake Thomas Cisneros, 20, was charged with misdemeanor impaired driving on April 20.
- Jermiah Nathanial Allen, 19, was charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest on April 20.
- Christopher May Riddle, 46, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 20.
- Robert Lamar Lane, 39, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female by a male over the age of 18 on April 20.
- Rasheem Franswa Wilson, 19, was charged with felony robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapon on April 20.

- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 500 block of Third Creek Church Road between 10 p.m. on April 17 and 7:30 a.m. on April 18.
- Vandalism occurred in the 9300 block of West N.C. Highway 152 at 5 p.m. on April 18.
- A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 1500 block of Oak Breeze Drive between 4:52 p.m. on April 17 and 4:30 p.m. on April 18.
- A stolen firearm was recovered at South Jackson Street between noon on April 1 and 1 p.m. on April 19.
- Vandalism occurred at Rithmetic Circle between midnight and 8:29 a.m. on April 20.
- A burglary by unlawful entry, larceny and vandalism occurred at Oak Breeze Drive at 9 a.m. on April 18. It was reported on April 20.
- An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred at Leach Road at 11:30 a.m. on April 20.
- A rape occurred at Hollywood Drive at 11:30 a.m. on April 20.
- Fraud by identity theft occurred at Woodleaf Road between 9 a.m. on April 16 and 6:21 p.m. on April 20.
- A strongarm robbery without a weapon occurred at Woodleaf Road at 11 p.m. on April 20.
- Daniel Monroe Flowers, 46, was charged as a fugitive from justice on April 18.
- Amber Renee Hahn-Miller, 37, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault on April 18.
- David Matthew Lefler, 39, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses on April 18.
- Jessica Nicole Blackwelder, 39, was charged with a misdemeanor school attendance law violation on April 19.
- Brooke Ann Stanish, 31, was charged with misdemeanor fraud by disposal of mortgage property on April 19.
- Jackie Dwayne Thomas, 51, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats on April 19.
- Timothy Dale Sechler, 53, was charged with driving while impaired on April 19.
- Christopher Lobianco, 52, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 19.
- Robert Eugene Flint, 29, was charged with misdemeanor carrying a concealed handgun while under the influence of alcohol, misdemeanor possession of an open container of alcohol after consuming, misdemeanor speeding more than 15 mph over the speed limit and misdemeanor failure to maintain lane control on April 19.
- Jalonn Jacques Adkins, 26, was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer; possession of up to 0.5 ounces of marijuana; and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia on April 20.
