In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of Faith Road between 10:28 a.m. and 10:43 a.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $370.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 1000 block of Freeland Drive at 1:05 p.m. on April 25.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 4 p.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $66.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 100 block of Mahaley Avenue at 4:46 p.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $200.
• A larceny of automobile accessories occurred in the 800 block of West Innes Street between 11 p.m. on April 22 and 4:45 p.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $10.
• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 100 block of Newsome Road at 5:35 p.m. on April 25.
• A larceny occurred in the 600 block of Park Avenue at 8:23 p.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $400.
• Domestic violence occurred in the 500 block of White Oaks Drive at 10:10 p.m. on April 25.
• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 600 block of North Ellis Street between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $200.
• Richard Anthony Blount, 23, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on April 25.
• Michael Dean Hargett, 34, was charged with felony forgery of a credit card on April 25.

• Littering or trash dumping occurred at Wildwood Road at 1:04 p.m. on April 24.
• A larceny from a building occurred at Wendover Drive between 7 a.m. on April 20 and 8:45 a.m. on April 24.
• Credit card fraud occurred at Tingle Drive between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on March 25. It was reported on April 24.
• Vandalism occurred at Leonard Road between midnight on April 21 and 1:29 p.m. on April 24.
• Fraud by identity theft occurred at Bob White Run at 1:50 p.m. on April 24.
• Fraud by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred at Constance Court at 6:41 p.m. on April 24.
• Vandalism occurred at Deal Road at 8:01 p.m. on April 24.
• Darell McClease Fisher, 37, was charged with felony breaking and entering to terrorize or injure, felony robbery with dangerous weapons, misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor assault on a female, a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and misdemeanor injury to real property on April 24.
• Wilbert Curtis Artis III, 32, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor injury to real property on April 24.
• Tommy Lee Overcash, 83, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats on April 24.
• Tommy Lee Overcash Jr., 64, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on April 24.
• Sally Ann Swink, 34, was charged with misdemeanor possession of up to 0.5 ounces of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 24.
• Kenbrell Sabryan Moody, 25, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 24.
• Krysti Brishay Poston, 23, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 24.
• Chad Eugene Linker, 45, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute on April 24.
