• Shoplifting occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road at 5:58 p.m. on May 1. The total estimated loss was $15.
• A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1300 block of Standish Street at 12:55 a.m. on May 2.
• Ontario Dontra Howard, 43, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on May 1.
• Garrietta Deshawn Patterson, 42, was charged with misdemeanor carrying concealed weapons on May 1.
• Anquanette Shamia Alexander, 34, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on May 1.
• Richard Vontorios Miler, 52, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering of a building on May 1.

• Possession of a dangerous drug occurred at Rock Grove Church Road between 6 p.m. and 6:21 p.m. on April 30.
• Possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia occurred at Rockwell Road at 8:30 a.m. on April 30.
• A larceny occurred at North Main Street at 8:58 a.m. on April 30.
• Contributing to the neglect of a minor occurred at Zion Church Road between 11:45 a.m. on April 29 and 10:36 a.m. on April 30.
• Conspiracy to commit larceny by an employee occurred in the 5800 block of South Main Street between 11 a.m. on April 14 and 10 a.m. on April 30.
• Fraud by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred at Frontier Circle between 11:55 a.m. and 1:39 p.m. on April 30.
• Possession of drugs occurred at Faith Road at 6:52 p.m. on April 30.
• Dequan Quinshaun Hairston, 21, was charged with felony interfering with emergency communications on April 30.
• Laurence Joseph Hicks, 40, was charged with a felony probation violation on April 30.
• Justin Ray Merritt, 33, was charged with a felony probation violation on April 30.
• Richard Wilson Vancamp III, 54, was charged with misdemeanor dumping litter on April 30.
• Cory Thomas Clinard, 21, was charged with misdemeanor dumping litter on April 30.
• Lamar Rashad Alston, 34, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 30.
• Kathleen Skipper Misenheimer, 36, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor probation violations and felony possession of a dangerous weapon in prison on April 30.
• Dadrien Presley E Campbell, 24, was charged with carrying a concealed gun and misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance on April 30.
