In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Vandalism occurred in the 100 block of South Avalon Drive at 5:20 a.m. on May 29.
• Fraud by impersonation occurred in the 600 block of West D Avenue between 12:21 p.m. on May 29, 2021 and 10 a.m. on May 28, 2024. It was reported on May 29.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 400 block of Park Avenue between 12:51 p.m. and 2:13 p.m. on May 29. The total estimated loss was $105.
• A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of South Titan Drive between midnight and 3:20 p.m. on May 29. The total estimated loss was $216.
• Matthew Alan Charles, 41, was charged with misdemeanor damaging or destroying coin-currency-operated machines on May 29.
• Christopher Wayne Graham, 35, was charged with felony theft of a motor vehicle on May 29.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Littering or trash dumping occurred at Harris Quarry Road at 3:19 p.m. on May 28.
• Driving while impaired occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 85 at 12:10 a.m. on May 28. Joseph Austin Bryant, 28, is listed on sheriff’s office reports as being cited for driving while impaired on Interstate 85.
• A burglary by unlawful entry and vandalism occurred at Grandeur Drive at 5:46 a.m. on May 28.
• A burglary by unlawful entry and theft of a recreational motor vehicle occurred at McCanless Road between 5 p.m. on May 27 and 6:35 a.m. on May 28.
• An assault occurred at Brooks Link Road at 7:24 a.m. on May 28.
• Fraud by identity theft occurred at Stirewalt Road between noon on May 23 and 12:27 p.m. on May 28.
• Resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer occurred at Needmore Road at 12:35 p.m. on May 28.
• Timothy Lane Burleyson, 54, was charged with felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony breaking and entering of a building, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor failure to stop for a siren, misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked and misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on May 28.
• Keosha Santana Wiliams, 31, was charged with felony identity theft on May 28.
• Justin Wayne Coe, 27, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on May 28.
• Charity Leigh Cox, 22, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on May 28.
• Brandon Jacob Peterson, 31, was charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle, felony obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor failure to transfer a vehicle title on May 28.
• Erica Jane Isbanioly, 24, was charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor communicating threats on May 28.
• Jariah Lashea Wimbley, 18, was charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle on May 28.
