In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Wiley Avenue between 1 p.m. on May 30 and 6 a.m. on May 31.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of West Cemetery Street between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. on May 31.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of West Cemetery Street between 4 a.m. and noon on May 31. The total estimated loss was $10.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 100 block of West Steele Street between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. on May 30. It was reported on May 31.
  • Fraud by false pretenses occurred in the 500 block of West Marsh Street between 10:22 p.m. on May 31 and 2 p.m. on May 31.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of Linn Lane between 7 p.m. on May 24 and 10 a.m. on May 25. It was reported on May 31. The total estimated loss was $500.
  • An assault occurred in the 800 block of North Craige Street at 5:20 p.m. on May 31.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 800 block of West Thomas Street between 8 p.m. on May 31 and 8 a.m. on June 1. The total estimated loss was $3,200, which police reports indicate was a computer, jewelry and cash.
  • Possession of marijuana occurred in the 200 block of West C Avenue at 11:40 a.m. on June 1.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 100 block of East Innes Street at 3 p.m. on June 1.
  • An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred in the 600 block of Forney Street at 5:25 p.m. on June 1.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 400 block of East Innes Street at 6:10 p.m. on March 1. It was reported on June 1. The total estimated loss was $5,000.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road at 7:30 p.m. on June 1. The total estimated loss was $120.
  • A burglary by forcible entry occurred in the 300 block of Clancy Street between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on June 1.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 10:50 p.m. on June 1. The total estimated loss was $50.
  • An assault occurred in the 700 block of West Innes Street at 10:45 p.m. on June 1.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 12:15 p.m. and 1:49 p.m. on June 2.
  • Possession or concealment of drug paraphernalia occurred in the 1500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 11:55 p.m. on June 2.
  • Keith Louis Orshoski, 37, was charged with felony possessing stolen goods on May 31.
  • John Michael Sheehan, 43, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on June 1.
  • Jayquan Kyon Hamilton, 28, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats on June 2.
  • Patrick Joyce Flynn, 46, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property on June 2.
  • Rolando J. Camacho, 43, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property on June 3.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • Vandalism occurred in the 3000 block of Grace Church Road between 7:56 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. on May 30.
  • Credit card fraud occurred in the 1,000 block of North Devonpark Place between noon on May 28 and noon on May 30. The total estimated loss was $180.
  • Fraud by false pretenses occurred at Old Mocksville Road at 9:45 a.m. on May 31.
  • A larceny occurred at Walter Corriher Road between noon and 6 p.m. on May 23. It was reported on May 31.
  • An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred at Cavin Lane at 2:30 a.m. on June 1.
  • Zachary Adam Reece, 31, was charged with misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order on May 30.
  • Anthony O’Bryan Cuthrell, 33, was charged with misdemeanor resisting a public officer on May 31.
  • Cody Ryan Bell, 30, was charged with felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance on the premises of a penal institution on May 31.
  • Sidney Jawon Wilson, 21, was charged with felony embezzlement on May 31.
  • Alicia Annmarie Cross, 26, was charged with misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of up to 0.5 ounces of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on May 31.
  • Jonathan Takoda Hall, 25, was charged with misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order on May 31.
  • Jesse Wayne Morgan Sr., 38, was charged with a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor injury to personal property on June 1.
  • Savannah Rose Holshouser, 27, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault of a handicapped person on June 1.
