In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A larceny occurred in the 800 block of East Lafayette Street between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on June 7. It was reported on June 10. The total estimated loss was $200.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1900 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard West at 3:15 p.m. on June 10.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 3:30 p.m. on June 10. The total estimated loss was $170.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 5:10 p.m. and 7:04 p.m. on June 10. The total estimated loss was $45.
  • An assault occurred in the 2200 block of Statesville Boulevard at 7:55 p.m. on June 10.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 1600 block of East Innes Street at midnight on June 11. The total estimated loss was $170.
  • Fraud occurred in the 1700 block of Woodrun Circle between 8 a.m. on June 6 and 8 a.m. on June 10. It was reported on June 11.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1600 block of Standish Street at 11:07 a.m. on June 11.
  • Fraud by a worthless check occurred in the 1200 block of East Colonial Drive between 11:30 a.m. on June 5 and 11:35 a.m. on June 10. It was reported on June 11.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 6 p.m. on May 29 and 8 p.m. on May 30. It was reported on June 11. The total estimated loss was $1.
  • Fraud occurred in the 200 block of North Main Street between 11:55 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on June 11. The total estimated loss was $246.
  • An assault occurred in the 100 block of Henry Laurens Circle at 3:45 p.m. on June 11.
  • An assault occurred in the 1000 block of Rachel Lane at 5:10 p.m. on June 11.
  • Emanuel Demiggo Brown, 58, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on June 10.
  • Syria Nicole Blackwell, 41, was charged with misdemeanor vandalism causing willful and wanton injury to real property on June 11.
  • William Jamel Clodfelter, 38, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on June 11.
  • Devon Tyler Morrison, 27, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on June 11.
  • Timothy Ryan Cornelison, 34, was charged with misdemeanor impaired driving on June 12.

  • A sex offender registry violation occurred at West Liberty Street between noon on May 30 and 10:12 a.m. on June 10.
  • Fraud by false pretenses occurred at West Ridge Road between 5 p.m. on April 9 and 7 a.m. on June 7. It was reported on June 10.
  • A larceny from a building occurred at Madras Court between noon on May 29 and noon on June 8. It was reported on June 10.
  • Vandalism occurred at Overbrook Road between noon and 5 p.m. on June 9. It was reported on June 10.
  • A larceny from a building occurred at Barber Road between 12:34 p.m. on June 9 and 12:34 p.m. on June 10.
  • A larceny occurred at Northdale Avenue between noon on June 7 and 12:40 a.m. on June 8. It was reported on June 10.
  • Makenzie Annette Stephens, 28, was charged with misdemeanor cyberstalking on June 10.
  • Justin Everette Daniels, 41, was charged with two misdemeanor probation violations.
  • Paul Douglas Welch, 56, was charged with felony failure to notify of a change of address and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on June 10.
