In Salisbury Police Department reports:
- A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred between midnight and 1:50 a.m. on June 27. The total estimated loss was $250.
- A burglary by forcible entry occurred in the 500 block of Klumac Road at 2:10 a.m. on June 27.
- Credit card fraud occurred in the 1700 block of North Clay Street between 4:40 p.m. on June 20 and 4:40 p.m. on June 23. It was reported on June 27.
- Vandalism occurred in the 1500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South between 12:59 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on June 27.
- Discharging of a firearm occurred in the 300 block of West Thomas Street at 1 a.m. on June 28.
- Brian Nathan Brown, 42, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
- A sex offender registry violation occurred at Admiral Drive between noon on April 12 and 9:29 a.m. on June 26.
- Vandalism occurred at Grady Street between noon on June 24 and 2:47 p.m. on June 26. According to sheriff’s office reports, a person on probation cut off their ankle monitor.
- A theft of a recreational motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Ridenhour Road between 11 p.m. on June 25 and 12:08 a.m. on June 26.
- Vandalism occurred at Basinger Kluttz Road between 3 a.m. and 8:11 a.m. on June 26.
- A larceny occurred at Deer Lake Run between 5 p.m. on June 24 and 9:33 a.m. on June 26.
- A burglary by forcible entry occurred at Happy Lake Road between 7 p.m. on June 25 and 8 a.m. on June 26.
- Shoplifting occurred at Tingle Drive at 4:53 p.m. on June 26.
- Joshua Marques Byrd Jr., 20, was charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle on June 26.
- Lisa Mae Martin, 48, was charged with misdemeanor harassing phone calls on June 26.
- Elijah Terry, 30, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three counts of misdemeanor child abuse on June 26.
- Claude Fedley Leger, 24, was charged with felony larceny from a person and two counts of felony obtaining property by false pretenses.
