• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 7:50 a.m. on July 3.
• Credit card fraud occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 11 a.m. on July 2. It was reported on July 3.
• A larceny occurred in the 200 block of South Shaver Street between 2:58 p.m. and 6 p.m. on July 3.
• An assault with sexual motives occurred in the 400 block of Faith Road at 7:35 p.m. on July 3.
• A larceny occurred in the 300 block of Hollybrook Court between noon on June 12 and noon on June 13. It was reported on July 3.
• An assault occurred in the 600 block of Forney Street at 2 a.m. on July 4.
• A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 300 block of Mitchell Avenue between 12:26 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on July 4.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 2200 block of Statesville Boulevard at 10:53 a.m. on July 4.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of North Arlington Street between 3:50 p.m. and 4:09 p.m. on July 4.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road between 4:30 p.m. and 5:28 p.m. on July 4.
• Amy Hurst Hollar, 48, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 3.
• William Edward Alston, 57, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer; misdemeanor larceny; felony obtaining property by false pretenses; misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 3.
• David Glenn Shaver, 52, was charged with misdemeanor impaired driving on July 3.
• Keon Yvetta O’Kelly, 41, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on July 3.

• Resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer occurred at South Link Avenue at 9:30 a.m. on July 2.
• Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 600 block of West Ryder Avenue at 5:25 p.m. on July 1. It was reported on July 2.
• Forgery occurred in the 15100 block of Mooresville Road between noon on May 23 and 9 a.m. on June 25. It was reported on July 2.
• A larceny of automobile accessories occurred in the 300 block of Fieldbrook Drive between 9:30 a.m. on July 1 and 3:35 p.m. on July 2.
• A burglary by unlawful entry occurred at Centenary Church Road between 2:51 p.m. and 4 p.m. on July 2.
• Jesse Wayne Morgan Sr., 38, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 2.
• Crystal Lynn Bosley, 38, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats on July 2.
• Timothy Dale Sechler, 53, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on July 3.
• Cameron Kirk Davis, 33, was charged with felony fleeing to elude, misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger, misdemeanor speeding and misdemeanor failure to stop for a siren on July 3.
• Victor Lamont Spivey Jr., 18, was charged with felony attempted robbery with dangerous weapons, felony conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile on July 3.
• Sherry Renee Stone, 36, was charged with felony malicious conduct by a prison on July 3.
• Deion Pierce Hopkins, 28, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor first-degree trespassing, felony possession of burglary tools, felony habitual breaking and entering, felony breaking and entering of a building, felony breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, felony larceny, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor injury to real property and two counts of felony conspiracy on July 3.
• Tyrone O’Neal Chambers, 46, was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of felony conspiracy and felony possession of stolen goods on July 3.
• Caleb Marshall Weddington, 28, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on July 3.
