In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Fraud by false pretenses occurred in the 500 block of North Main Street between 8:17 a.m. on Feb. 16 and 8:17 a.m. on March 6. It was reported on July 9.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 12:45 p.m. on July 9. The total estimated loss was $43.
• A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1500 block of South Main Street between 6:50 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. on July 9.
• Fraud occurred in the 200 block of Faith Road at 3 p.m. on June 22. It was reported on July 9. The total estimated loss was $800.
• Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 2700 block of Old Concord Road at 3:10 p.m. on July 3. It was reported on July 9.
• A strongarm robbery without a weapon occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 7:35 p.m. on July 9. The total estimated loss was $1,005.
• A larceny occurred in the 100 block of Dunham Avenue between 7:40 p.m. on July 7 and noon on July 8. It was reported on July 9. The total estimated loss was $600.
• Credit card fraud occurred in the 100 block of Clancy Street between 1:30 a.m. on June 18 and 10:20 p.m. on June 28. It was reported on July 9.
• An attempted burglary by forcible entry occurred in the 300 block of Crown Point Drive between 5 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on July 9.
• William Jamel Clodfelter, 38, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering of a building on July 9.
• Devan Russell Kiser, 31, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on July 9.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Vandalism occurred in the 100 block of Maple Ridge Circle at 5:25 a.m. on July 7.
• A larceny from a building occurred in the 6300 block of Mooresville Road between 9 p.m. on July 6 and 5 p.m. on July 7. The total estimated loss was $2,050, which reports state were four handguns.
• Miscellaneous littering or trash dumping occurred at Wyatt Road at 3:10 p.m. on July 8.
• An assault by strangulation occurred at Airport Road at 9:55 a.m. on July 8.
• A theft of a recreational motor vehicle occurred at Corinth Church Road between 3:53 p.m. on June 29 and 3 p.m. on July 8.
• An assault with sexual motives occurred at Vista Drive at noon on May 21. It was reported on July 8.
• A stolen vehicle was recovered at Leach Road at 10:38 p.m. on July 8.
• Deviyion Unique Barnhardt, 24, was charged with a felony probation violation on July 5.
• Laura Victoria Daniels, 48, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation on July 5.
• Tyjae Nikili Polk, 22, was charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property on July 8.
• Gregory Aaron Meadows, 35, was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer, a probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was revoked, altering or forging a title, driving a motor vehicle without registration, child not in the rear seat and failure to carry a registration card.
