SALISBURY — Police are searching for the suspects in a burglary in Salisbury on Tuesday that are believed to be linked to an incident in Concord later that day.
Officers responded to a home in the 200 block of West Glenview Drive at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday after a resident reported that they had witnessed multiple men attempting to force entry into her home on her Ring camera, said Major Justin Crews, public information officer for the Salisbury Police Department.
The men allegedly gained entry through the back door of the home before takings multiple items of jewelry. The victim’s neighbor reportedly confronted them before they left.
One of the men threatened the neighbor with a handgun before getting into a white BMW passenger vehicle with a possible Florida license plate and driving away, said Crews.
The Concord Police Department reported that the same vehicle and men matching their description had been involved in an alleged breaking and entering later that day, said Crews.
Police have not identified suspects in the two breaking and entering incidents but are continuing to investigate them, said Crews.
