EAST SPENCER — The town of East Spencer still has 100 backpacks, filled with supplies and separated by elementary, middle and high school, available for free at town hall. Originally the town planed to give them out at Community Day but rain got in the way. Town Manager Michael Douglas said anyone in need should feel free to call 704-636-7111 or stop by to pick up items for a school-aged child.
