Pruitt – Shore

Kevin and Jamie Steele Pruitt of China Grove are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Kathryn Pruitt, to Brett Alan Shore.
Sarah is the granddaughter of Don and Sula Pruitt of China Grove; Cheryl and Mercer Garnet of Charlottesville, Va.; and Sally and the late Mike Steele of Kingsport, Tenn. She is the great-granddaughter of Girlean Isenhour of Charlottesville, Va. A 2009 graduate of South Rowan High School, Sarah is a junior at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte School of Nursing.
Brett is the son of Ronnie and Penni Meacham Shore of Enochville and the grandson of Baxter and the late Virginia Shore of Kannapolis; Shirley Brooks of Kannapolis; and Hal Meacham of The Villages, Fla. A 2005 graduate of South Rowan High School, Brett earned a Bachelor degree in Religion from Davidson College in 2009 and plans to pursue a Master degree in Christian Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Seminary in Charlotte this fall. He is employed as a Shelf Merchandising Specialist at the Food Lion Customer Service Support Center in Salisbury.
A wedding and reception are planned on June 30 at The Point Lake and Golf Club on Lake Norman.
