On Wednesday at 4 pm, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that the tropical depression is 420 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 18 mph to the west-northwest. The tropical depression is forecast to change into a tropical storm.
