Salisbury Police reports
• Tampering with a motor vehicle on Sudley Circle reportedly occurred between 9:15 p.m. Sept. 17 and 4 a.m. Sept. 18.
• A motor vehicle was stolen from a property on Kenly Street between 7 p.m. Sept. 17 and 5:57 am. Sept. 18.
• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Laurel Street reportedly occurred between 8 p.m. Sept. 17 and 7:16 a.m. Sept. 18.
• A burglary on East Horah Street reportedly occurred between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sept. 18. Total estimated loss was $878.
• An assault on Mahaley Avenue was reported at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 18.
Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports
• Allania Ranajia Jackson, 21, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with uttering a forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretenses and forgery of instrument.
• Tristan Wilson, 38, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with shoplifting/concealment goods.
• Joshua Scott Kelly, 39, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with domestic violence protective order violation and failure to appear.
• Bryson McCain Ball, 20, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with two counts of sale or delivery of controlled schedule I substance and possession of 1/2 to 1 1/2 ounces of marijuana.
• Amanda Pate Burton, 40, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute schedule II controlled substance, trafficking in drugs, and resist, obstruct or delay of an officer.
• Frank James Hoyle, 40, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with conspiring to traffic in opium/methamphetamine, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute, possession of schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute, and sale or delivery of schedule II controlled substance.
