Salisbury Police reports

• A motor vehicle theft from Piedmont Cheerwine Bottle Co. on Bringle Ferry Road reportedly occurred between 4 p.m. Oct. 22 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 23.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Lash Drive reportedly occurred between 11 p.m. Oct. 22 and 7:35 a.m. Oct. 23.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Rowan Mill Road reportedly occurred about 7:45 a.m. Oct. 23.

• Kameron Lamont Birst, 30, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with kidnapping, assault on a female by a male over the age of 18, and misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

• Pedro Hernandez, 74, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with resist/obstruct/delay of an officer and failure to report an accident.

• Chasty Nicole Fraley, 30, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespassing.

• Lacey Nichole Health, 30, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespassing.

• Damarious D. Crawford, 34, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.

• Frank Lloyd Torres, 24, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with resisting arrest.

• Roderic Karl Raiford, 43, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.
