Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• Christopher Lee, 46, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with felony second-degree kidnapping.

• Myra Smith Mackin, 58, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with felony possession of stolen goods and resist/obstruct/delay of an officer. She was additionally charged with misdemeanor failure to return rental property on Oct. 31.

• Ashton Nichole Lefler, 29, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with violation of a domestic violence act.

• Joseph David Lineberry, 37, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with felony indecent liberties with children.

• Elipdio Silva-Garcia, 19, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with possession of a weapon by a prisoner.

• Sasha Cherie Rippey, 34, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with misdemeanor larceny, felony motor vehicle theft and failure to appear.

• Nathaniel Wade Holshouser, 36, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.

• Tammie Jayne Bailey, 61, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Lekuria Currie, 30, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with misdemeanor simple assault and communicating threats.

• Kenneth Edward Simpson, 52, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with parole violation.

Salisbury Police reports

• Vandalism at a property on East Liberty Street reportedly occurred about 7:24 p.m. Oct. 30.
