KANNAPOLIS — A special New Year’s Eve Concert featuring Cassette Rewind is coming to the Swanee Theater. Guests can ring in the new year by singing and dancing along to all the greatest hits of the ’80s.

Tickets to the concert include a champagne toast at midnight, meaning the event is for those over 21. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the concert begins at 9 p.m.

Born in the 1980s and raised on radio, Cassette Rewind is the ultimate authentic ’80s experience. Fans of 1980s rock-n-roll will feel the power of love as if the old boombox is coming to life with captivating, dynamic performances of countless hits from 1980s icons. Grab a Members Only jacket and put on leg warmers and cut footloose.

Tickets start at $16. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.
