• William Henry Ligon, 62, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with injury to personal property.

• David Richardson, 49, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with temporary custody order.

• Tampering with a motor vehicle on West Innes Street reportedly occurred at 8:34 a.m. Dec. 18.

• A larceny of automobile accessories from Bendix Drive reportedly occurred between 4:50 and 10 a.m. Dec. 15 and was reported Dec. 18.

• A larceny from East Council Street reportedly occurred about 12:10 p.m. Dec. 18.

• An assault on Mocksville Avenue reportedly occurred about 12:38 p.m. Dec. 18.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on West Franklin Street reportedly occurred between 9 a.m. Dec. 12 and 3 p.m. Dec. 18.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Windsor Drive reportedly occurred about 5:33 p.m. Dec. 18.

• A larceny on West Innes Street reportedly occurred about 5:31 p.m. Dec. 18.

• William Jamel Clodfelter, 38, was arrested Dec. 18 and charged with resist/obstruct/delay and armed to the terror of the public.
