McKnight ~ Cutting
Mark and Melody Hartsell of Salisbury and J.W. McKnight of Houston, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danelle Nelle McKnight of Salisbury, to Richard Johannes Cutting of Lexington, son of Karin Dean of Lexington and Gene Cutting of Salisbury.
Danelle is the granddaughter of the late C.R. and Marjorie Kluttz of China Grove, D.C McKnight of Houston, Texas, and the late Mary Elizabeth Rodgers of Kannapolis. A 2003 graduate of West Rowan High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Business Management and Animal Science from North Carolina State University. She is presently an Agriculture Extension Agent for the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service in Montgomery County.
Richard is the grandson of Gene and Wanda Cutting of Lexington and the late Johannes and Rita Münster of Schloss-Neuhaus, Germany. A 2004 graduate from Central Davidson High School, he earned his HVAC degree from Davidson Community College. He is employed by Davidson Heating and Air of Lexington.
The couple will marry Sept. 28 at the bride’s family farm, Hartsell Farms.
