SALISBURY — The Sanchez family is at it again.
Ariella Sanchez, with her parents and siblings, will open Ibiza Deli on Aug. 1 next door to their popular Cuban restaurant, Mambo Grill and Tapas, at 1024 S. Fulton St.
The upscale Spanish deli will be open Monday through Saturday and offer breakfast and lunch, customized salads by the ounce, American coffee and espresso, a gourmet marketplace and fresh slices meats and cheeses.
