SALISBURY — No one appeared injured in a T-bone collision at the intersection of South Main and Fisher streets Friday afternoon, authorities said.
Witnesses told Salisbury Police a woman driving a burgundy Cadillac turned left onto West Fisher Street and into the oncoming path of a southbound Honda Accord about 1:25 p.m.
Kayla Ferguson, of Holly Circle, was driving the Cadillac, police said. She is expected to be charged with failing to yield.
Neither Ferguson nor the driver of the Honda, Jose Turcios, of Spencer, were transported to area hospitals.
The southbound lanes were closed for about 20 minutes, but there were no significant backups.
Salisbury Fire Department and Rowan EMS also assisted.
