North Cannon Boulevard at the intersection of Jackson Park Road and Lane Street is closed after construction crews struck a natural gas line. At this point the leak has been stopped, but Haz-Mat crews from Kannapolis Fire Department will remain on scene. Lane closures will remain for at least the next hour.
