The Salisbury-Rowan Human Relations Council has changed the location for the meeting scheduled today at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held at the City Office Building at 132 N. Main St., Second Floor, Salisbury.
The council meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
