EAST SPENCER — A man was shot and critically injured Tuesday night in East Spencer, authorities said.
His name and age were not known at press time.
The 911 call was made at 11:49 p.m. from 502 S. Long St. in East Spencer, although it was not clear where the shooting occurred.
At deadline, authorities had called for a helicopter to airlift the victim from Rowan Regional Medical Center.
