CHINA GROVE — The Price of Freedom Museum, located at the old Patterson School off Weaver Road, will hold a 9/11 Remembrance Day from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
The event is free and open to the public.
Visitors are being invited, if they have them, to bring and display their restored farm equipment and classic cars while enjoying the day of music, food and artifacts.
They also will be able to tour the museum, dedicated to Rowan County veterans, and see its ongoing progress.
Gospel and other groups will be singing during the day, and the We Care Ministries of Oak Grove Baptist Church in China Grove will be having its backyard barbecue.
