GASTONIA (AP) — Authorities say a man has been killed in a tractor accident near Gastonia.
Police say a man operating a tractor was clearing brush around 8:30 p.m. Monday.
Police say the tractor apparently slid off the road into a ditch, and the man was killed. Authorities are trying to determine if the victim suffered a medical problem prior to the accident.
The man’s name has not been released.
