Joseph Mills
A son, Joseph Matthew, was born to Josh and Susan Mills of Salisbury on November 16, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces. He has a brother, Jacob, 4. Grandparents are Ralph and Julia Baker and James Mills, all of Salisbury, and the late Jeanne Mills.
