Salisbury Academy events

Salisbury Academy invites the community to see how its approach builds a school of active learners.
Tuesday, Jan. 18 through Friday, Jan. 21, between 9 a.m. and noon, those interested in junior kindergarten through eighth grade can drop in and visit Salisbury Academy. Visitors are also invited to drop in on Tuesday evening, Jan. 18 from 5-7 p.m. to tour the school.
Specifically for parents of students entering junior kindergarten (4-year-olds) and kindergarten (5-year-olds) the academy offers a preview night on Tuesday, Jan. 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. Parents will be able to interact with teachers in sample classroom lessons and ask questions about the program. This presentation will involve parents interacting with the teachers in a demonstration of typical classroom lessons.
All events will offer an opportunity for questions and answers about the academy, including information about tuition assistance.
Friday, Jan. 21, Salisbury Academy will host ěBring A Friend to School Day.î Prospective students are invited to attend a regular class day. Parents are invited to visit the school and observe classroom activities, as well.
Salisbury Academy has open enrollment throughout the school year. Applications are being accepted for students interested in transferring this school year and for the 2011-2012 school year.
