A suspect in the Lancaster’s Car Wash break-in on Jan. 7, who ran from Spencer Police, was arrested Thursday morning. Salisbury Police officers found him sleeping in a hospital room where his girlfriend had just given birth to his son the day before.
Bobby Edward Wesley Jr., 17, of 1016 W. Fisher St., was charged with felony breaking and entering and two counts of misdemeanor breaking or forcing open a coin-currency operated machine. Wesley was given a $1,500 secured bond.
The Spencer Police Department is still investigating, looking for the third person who ran from police last Friday.
Police were able to catch Jacob Andrew Kaiser, who has previously been arrested on breaking and entering charges.
Wesley was previously arrested for felony common law robbery after allegedly beating and robbing a classmate at Henderson Independent High School.
