A vehicle stop led to the discovery of 13 rocks of crack cocaine Tuesday night.
According to the Salisbury Police Department, an officer stopped a suspicious vehicle on Ridge Avenue and found the driver, Bryon Anthony Anderson, was driving without a license and his license had been suspended indefinitely.
Police were given consent to search Anderson and the vehicle and found a plastic baggy with 13 rocks of crack cocaine totaling 10.8 grams.
Anderson, 26, of 138 Ridge Ave., was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver. He was placed in jail under a $5,000 secured bond.
