SALISBURY — Nine people will vie for seats on Salisbury City Council in November’s election, including all five incumbents.
In Thursday’s Post, meet the candidates and learn why they are running for office.
Incumbents are Mayor Susan Kluttz, Mayor Pro Tem Maggie Blackwell and councilmen William “Pete” Kennedy, Paul Woodson and Brian Miller. Challengers are Blake Jarman, Rip Kersey, Benjamin Lynch and Dale Stephens.
