Driving while license revoked ń Robert Shade Eury, also possession of fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, order of remand; Walter Thomas Morrow, 120 days at expiration previous sentence, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay court cost and $200 fine, surrender license and not operate motor vehicle until he has valid license, also no operatorís license, VD; Steven Thomas Shaw, PJC/C upon payment of court cost.

Felony breaking and/or entering ń Charles Emmanuel Johnson, 2 charges, also 2 charges felony larceny after breaking/entering, 3 charges misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property and one charge each misdemeanor injury to personal property and felony possession of stolen goods/property, 8-10 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation, pay court cost, $525 CAAF and $375 restitution jointly with co-defendants, serve 30 days special probation in jail, jail credit, submit to warrantless searches and drug tests, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, obtain substance abuse assessment and comply with recommendations if positive test, perform 48 hours CSW, have no contact with victim or co-defendants, residence to be approved by probation officer, becom gainfully employed or making progress toward educational improvement, phone shoes and iPhone to be returned to defendant, submit DNA sample, also third charge felony breaking and/or entering, felony possession of stolen goods/property, misdemeanor possession of up to 1/2 ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 8-10 months at expiration of first judgment, 30 days special probation in jail, jail credit, same terms and conditions as first judgment, also fourth charge felony breaking and/or entering, third felony larceny after breaking/entering, felony safecracking and felony conspiracy for breaking and entering, VD in all 4 cases; Tommy J. Assault inflicting serious bodily injury ń Gary Dionne Lowe, 31-38 months, jail credit, court recommends substance abuse treatment and work release following treatment.

Assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury ń Darryl Sylvester Price Jr., also felony possession of Schedule II controlled substance and felony carrying a concealed gun, 22-27 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation, serve 10 months special probation in jail, jail credit, pay court cost, have no contact with victim or co-defendants, residence to be approved by probation officer and heís not to move without permission, not use/possess any dangerous weapon, submit to warrantless searches and drug tests, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment, obtain GED or high school equivalency diploma, obtain gainful employment by Aug. 1, 2011, or complete 24 hours CSW for each week not employed, submit DNA sample.
Felony malicious conduct by prisoner ń Marcus A. Robinson, also felony habitual felon, both charges dismissed by the court.
Felony possession of Schedule II controlled substance ń Melissa Ann Austin, 4-5 months, suspended, 24 months supervised probation, serve 40 days in jail, jail credit, pay court cost and $750 CAAF, obtain substance abuse assessment within 30 days of release from jail and abide by recommendations, submit to body testing, any positive test to be reported as a probation violation, submit to warrantless searches for stolen goods, contraband and illegal controlled substances, obtain gainful employment within 45 days of release from jail, probation to be transferred to Catawba County, provide DNA sample, evidence to be destroyed, seized money to be forfeited to Rowan/Salisbury Schools.
