Spencer Officer Hunter Shue said he shot fellow officer James Schmierer with a Airsoft toy gun, but Schmierer filed a lawsuit saying he was shot with a pellet gun. The case will go to court later this month. A story in Wednesday’s Post was not clear on the weapon.
