Salisbury Jenny Hubbard and President Barack Obama are closer than you think.
Hubbard’s book, “Paper Covers Rock,” and Obama’s book, “Of Thee I Sing” are both Gold winners in the National Parenting Publications Awards (NAPPA) 2011 Awards for Children’s Products.
The president and Hubbard both won in the Children’s Books category.
“Paper Covers Rock” was edited by Michelle Poploff and published by Delacorte Press.
“Of Thee I Sing” was illustrated by Loren Long, edited by Michelle Frey and published by Alfred A. Knopf.
Both publishers are part of Random House.
