SALISBURY ó East Spencer police arrested Ronald Dewayne Bivens, 35, of 703 Sides St., Rockwell, Sunday and charged him three drug-related crimes.
Bivens is charged with possession with intent to sell .07 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of cocaine. He posted $5,000 bond and was released from the Rowan County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
