Christopher Bostian
A son, Christopher James, was born to Angela Simmons and Elbert Bostian of Salisbury on Sept. 19, 2011, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces. He has two sisters, Amy, 13, and Emily, 10. Grandparents are Gene Miller of Salisbury, Brenda Esthridge of Anson and Marge Bostian and Elbert Bostian, both of Rockwell.
Leila Roberts
A daughter, Leila Ann, was born to Ashley and Lee Roberts of Faith on Sept. 25, 2011, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces. Grandparents are Jacqueline Roberts of Salisbury, William Harmon of Tampa, Fla., Scott Hunt of Faith and Rebecca Hunt of Salisbury. Great-grandparents are Jerry and Viola Jordan of Philadelphia, Pa., Murl and Margaret Harmon of Jenkintown, Pa., Betty Hunt of Faith, and Clara Thomason of Salisbury.
