SALISBURY — One person was taken by ambulance to Rowan Regional Medical Center Friday following a two vehicle crash.
A Salisbury Police officer on the scene told the Post that a white Toyota passenger vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of South Fulton and West Monroe streets and was hit on the left side by a dark green, older model Honda Civic at about 12:45 p.m.
The driver of the Honda was taken to a nearby ambulance on a stretcher.
The Toyota was pushed into a telephone pole in the 500 block of South Fulton Street.
No names have been released by Salisbury Police.
