Chapman 50th Wedding

Melvin Ray Chapman and Betty Lou Chapman of Kannapolis celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 25, 2011. They were married Nov. 25, 1961, in Kannapolis. Melvin retired from Yellow Freight Lines, and Betty retired from Cannon Mills.
They have three sons, Johnny Ray, Anthony Alexander and Michael Lee Chapman. They also have five grandchildren.
The Chapmans celebrated with a trip to Charleston, S.C.
