Students In Training (SIT) is sponsoring the second in a series of talks on Parental Internet Safety, as given by Instructors Hugo and Christi Gareis, on Tuesday, at 7 p.m..
Hugo and Christi, parents of 13 children, who have a combined 30 years of computer and instructional experience, will lead the discussion on Internet Safety and the guidelines need for proper supervision of minors on the Internet.
The audience will consist primarily of parents seeking computer assistance in this growing area of concern. At the conclusion of the event, those qualified applicants will receive a free computer system.
The donated computers were made available through the generosity of Food Lion.
