Elks Lodge will host Flag Day ceremony
On Sunday at 3 p.m., the Salisbury Elks Lodge will host a Flag Day ceremony.
The public is invited to the 30-minute celebration ritual, which will be presented by the officers of the lodge at the river park shelter located on 6395 Long Ferry Road.
The event honors the nation’s flag and the men and women who valiantly fought and died in service to our country. It will be followed by a picnic lunch. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the afternoon.
