Applications for the Rowan County Master Gardener volunteer spring program are due in the Extension Office by 5 p.m., Friday, Jan. 9.
The official Master Gardener volunteer application and other pertinent information about the program can be downloaded from the Master Gardener volunteer site at www.rowanmastergardener.com. Click on “BECOME A MASTER GARDENER.”
Those who want more information about the program should attend a question-and-answer session Friday at the Agriculture Center at 2727-A Old Concord Road at 1:30 p.m. to discuss the program.
